Debt repayment

Good day,

I have had a loan account *** with Capitec Bank. That fell into arears. I want to pay it off but because it is now seating with a Legal firm - i honestly can not afford what they are asking for. I recieved a settlement offer of R16 000 in Dec 2018 from Inve-tex because i had been making tiny payments ..i figured if I offer to give them R14 000 to settle the account on 20 August 2019 it will be sufficient - unfortunately they want R20 000+. Im writing this on Hallo Peter to ask if Capitec Bank would accept R14 000 directly. Please assist as Im really trying to pay off my debts.
