Debt Relief

Payment relief....... Capitec sends you messages on the app saying that if you need help with any issues relating to your repayments to contact you so that they can assist you and very negative do not want you to seek external help. I contacted them in writing to ask if I can have some form of relief with my January payment on my revolving Facility. Its been weeks and no response. I have no words yet they want me to move my general banking over to them when my other bank atleast helped me with the same request
