Debt orders

I keep getting debt orders that I never confirmed saying I cannot revers it. I phoned just to be told I must call the company of the debicheck just for them to tell me I must contact the bank, it's a waste of my time and I keep losing money, it's a back and forth game wasting my time, I just need my money back
