Debits

Good day, I have been a customer wih Capitec since 2009 and I have always been very happy, I have even encouraged many friends and family members to move to you.<br> I am very unhappy at this moment. Fistly I bought stuff at Clicks during the month of September it went through went I swiped the transaction, and it went of my balance, then it went off again after that but I left it. Then the same happened to my husband in the week it went off his balance we saw it on sms, then yeaterday I paid money into his account, R650, and today there is only R50 left... HOW?? we needed that money for something. You can't swipe your card with no funds so how does it go off when other money gets paid into your account although you received a sms showing it went through??? You only use the money in your account, so how does that work? If this is the case I am moving my account and I am taking all my refferals with. I don't want this to happen to them.
