Debiting my account for my loan on the wrong date

<p>Good day</p> <p>I only get paid on the 28th onward every month, of which when the loan amount was meant to come off my *** November 2016 money went off my account for my loan. i have clients that deposit money into my account for private work. That what happened yesterday money went in and Capitec debited my account for my loan. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please can someone contact me urgenty so that it wont happen again.</p>
