Debiting account before agreed date, thus putting me in arrears

Once again, Capitec is debting my account before payday. Is is so hard for you as a bank to stick to the agreed payment date. I get paid on the agreed debit order date, not before. You are the only company that does this and it is annoying as of course the debit order will not go through. Now my loan statement says I am in arrears because you guys choose to debit early, thus breaching our agreement. Missed debit orders and arrears mess up your credit score. Stick to the agreed debit date and stop messaging around with our accounts abd credit record. This is the second time I am complaining about this very issue. Stop it and stick to the agreement for goodness sake!
