Debiting 4 days after payout

I have a loan with Capitec. This was signed up for Monday the 10th December!!! My debit date should be the 25th. I don't care what day if it's xmas. But I got debited the 15th so technically your bank has not loaned me the money as per the agreement if you debited me 4 days later! Who the hell is does Capitec think they are to breach the terms of debit especially when a loan was not even used effectively a month! I want management to contact me!!!!!!! Here I was praising this bank. Little did I know they are infact not worth it. People should know about this and be warned not to take loans or even open bank accounts with Capitec. How does it make sense to debit someone 4 days after a loan and when an agreement was authorised to debit on a certain date. I will be taking this to the banking council/ombudsman.
