Debited twice

On the 20th of June 2025, I made payment to Payflex but instead of getting 1 in-app message I got 2. When I checked my app the same amount went out twice. The amount in question is R373.11. Payflex got 1 payment,the other disappeared with Capitec. I don't understand why yoh would debit me twice. I called Payflex and they confirmed that they got 1 payment R373.11. Please reverse my money as it still shows as a pending transaction. I've been calling Capitec and they only say it will reverse in days and I can't take this as a clear answer.
