Debited on an earlier date
I have a loan with Capitec, the debit order was suppose to go off on the 25th, I then enquired on the 28th, was told that you attempted to debit me on the 22nd, unknowingly why, I then made an arrangement that you'll debit me on the 29th, today is the 30th, still nothing...
Now my issue is that you guys aren't debiting me on the agreed date, next thing you'll be listing me as a bad payer, is this in any way fair though?
