Debited incorrectly
I need to have a debit order reversed as Cell C incorrectly debited me twice on my account.
I made an EFT pament to them as the account was 1 month behind. They then debited me twice, so thats three payments instead of 2.
I am unable to get to a capitec bank, as i am my car is broken and unable to get transport
can someone please assist me?
