Debited account even when it's paid off

I made my last payment for my credit card last month and on my app it shows I don't owe anything. Even when I check my credit report it shows that my credit card is paid up. However I see that capitec debited my account for my credit card which is paid up. I spoke to several agents when I called but none of them could help me.
