Debit without authorization

Hello Peter, I need assistance here I have a credit card with Capitec Bank and would like to know if it's Legal for them to sign me up for Unemployment insurance, death benefits and disability benefits without my consent. I don't usually check the history but I just noticed that they have been taking money from my credit to pay those 3 above things I have mentioned this includes monthly fees I am also charged for withdrawal but I hardly withdraw from credit card I use it mostly for purchases.
