Debit orders going off but no notifications received

Good day

For the past month I've been having an issue of some of my debit orders going off without receiving notifications. Fortunately I always check my statement so that's where I see money that has come in and gone out from my account. What is the reason for debit orders going off and receiving no notifications??? I feel like this makes it easier for people to ***** your money. Because if unlike me you don't check your statement frequently how will you know if you don't receive notification sms's??? Please fix it
