Debit Orders Going Off any date but the one on the agreement

I am sick and tired with Capitec Bank Funeral services, this morning I woke up from debit orders of my policies that bounce back because they decided to debit on the 27th instead of the 1st...tell me if you are getting paid on the last day of the month where the heck are you supposed to get the money to pay capitec policy any day they feel like deducting.. They are messing with my track record..
