Debit orders goes off without my knowledge!

What I can't seem to understand from Capitec Bank is that an debit order went off my account without my knowledge what so ever! I've changed banks because of ***** and fees being extremely high but now money goes missing out of my account just like that, it makes me wonder if I made the right choice joining this bank??
