Debit orders

I'm so disappointed by capitec this Debi heck does not work totally if people can just debit anytime what's the use of having a bank if a company can debit on any date they please de*****eck is meant to agree on date of debit order but on my account company debit anytime there is money it's so useless what happened to Debi check date
