Debit orders

UN AUTHENTICATED DEBIT ORDERS. I have banked with Capitec for more than 10years, but its sadly time to leave them. Capitec allows unauthenticated debit orders to tae as they please in my acc, and when I try to dispute, they tell me that the debit orders are indisputable even though i've stated my case that the debit orders are unknown and those people have no authority to debit. It's still their word against mine.

It saddens me to leave the bank but I need to bank with a bank that I can trust with my money. Unfortunately other banks lets you handle your finances your own way.
