Debit orders

I have had a loan at Capitec something I now relize was a very big mistake, I get paid on the 28th of every month I have taking a letter from my company stating this and still they insist on trying to take it on the 24th leaving me with the bank charges for unsuccessful debit, I have been in to the branch and they cant seem to do there jobs either as again this month the 24th. I want to now get a bond and also pay this loan finished and not deal with Capitec but by the 25th of the month they put a notice on ITC which is now making my life very difficult, I think this is done so that you have to deal with them as no one else will help you due to the ITC report.
