Debit Orderr dispute

Guys I have a debit order incorrectly going of my account for the last few months , I was able to dispute the debit order previously but am unable to do so now...please assist.

Still no reply from these people....
I assume next step is to change banks , pay a bit more in banking fees but you are assured of some sort of service unlike these people.
