Debit Ordering AGAIN before the time.

I CANNOT WAIT to be done with Capitec. I recieved very small bonus yesterday, its different from my salary hence being it paid the 15 and salary the 28th. That, that will be paid in the 28th of December (earlier than my usual pay day). I phoned this morning to have the money reversed as I get PAID the 28th and the line was put off as I was told I received the smses of earlier deductions.My early deduction will be the 28th.Last month you did this also waaaay before my pay date and it was arranged in my telephonic arrangement, my salary dates is month end - last day of the month(November) and December it will be the 28th. So please advise AGAIN!! I want my money please. You can deduct on the arranged date the 28th when my salary is paid.
