Debit order switching without my consent

I went to Capitec branch in Alberton city in March to open a credit card. I’m having issues with my debit orders they have moved them to Capitec without me knowing so now I have missed my debit orders as I ddnt have enough money in Capitec Acc as I ddnt even know that it’s supposed to take from there. And what ****es me off the most is that even with the credit card she was insisting that I rather take up a loan with high amount while I’m busy telling her that I only need the credit card😡😡😡
