Debit order switching a disaster

I went in to a Capitec Bank Branch in Tembisa plaza earlier this month to switch my debit orders. i submitted a bank statement and i was told that everything would be switched. Only two debit orders were switched and nothing happened to the rest. I wish that there had been proper communication from the consultant that this might actually not work and i would have switched the debit orders myself. I took out a persona loan and instructed the consultant not to debit the FNB acc as I had transferred my salary to Capitec and she assured me that the Capitec banking details will be loaded, well guess what? Capitec bank was the first to debit the FNB acc even after i had communicated the change. Please contact me so that I can be reimbersed for the unpaid debit order fees that are now accumulating as a result of this poor exercise. I will be moving back to FNB because its quite useless for me to switch if this is how i will be treated.
