Debit order Switching

You did a Debit order switch without my approval, left out my salary in the old account. Now my debit orders are not collecting... Please guys fix your mess. I held the line for over an hour with no solution in sight. This is not ayoba as I've worked hard over the years to build my BRI. Vequline put me Tru to Cecil team leader who decided to hang up my call. I'm calling from a work line and I can prove this. I will contact the Credit Ombuds regarding this poor service and seek recourse.
