Debit Order Reversal

Going into a Capitec Branch to use a SELF SERVICE PORTAL to cancel an unauthorized debit order makes no sense at all.... Not only do l have to work during the day and by the time l leave work the Capitec Branch are closed. We can't l just do a reversal on my Capitec app? My phone device is supposed to be my personal self service portal to do everything that relates to my account. Why do l have to drive to a Capitec Branch to go and do something which l could've just done from my phone! This is really an inconvenience honestly.
