Debit order Refund

I had a complain that I was told it would be resolved in 21 days and when I went to Florida Capitec the consultant and Manager, by the name of Relebohile Seleke helped me, as on the 19th day my problem was still not touched but she took all the initiative and helped me and I'm happy she and the consultant made sure my problem was solved. I give big ups to her and the consultant. Thank you so much guys.
