debit order refund denied
i called capitec ***** line to report yes mandated debit order, i did advise that the particular company is *****ulent and i need a refund. The referred me to the branch of which i was told i can not dispute the debit order its mandated. I am unable to get a hold of this company so what then should happen? must i just give away R1083. just like that?
