DEBIT ORDER PROBLEMS

I have a credit facility with capitec, which myself and Capitec agreed that the amount would be deducted each month on the 1st, because i get paid on the last day of the month. I advised them, as I sometimes get paid late on that day or on the first, lets be safe and capitec can deduct on the 1st of each month. For the past few months since i have the credit facility i receive sms's a few days before the agreed debit order date,saying "thank you for repaying your credit facility" but as there is NO MONEY in my account, nothing is deducted and as planned the amount comes from my account on the 1st.

The problem i have is that Capitec has now (today) taken the last R200 from my account. I KNOW I HAVE TO PAY CAPITEC BUT THE AGREED DATE IS FOR THE FIRST OF EACH MONTH!!! WHAT THE HELL AM I SUPPOSE TO DO UNTIL I GET PAID?? I HAVE 2 KIDS AND THAT R200 THAT CAPITEC HAS NOW TAKEN WAS SUPPOSE TO BE USED FOR BREAD FOR MY KIDS FOR SCHOOL TOMORROW AND SUPPER TONIGHT!! *** CAPITEC THIS IS NOT ONE. i WANT MY MONEY BACK IN MY ACCOUNT TODAY.

I KNOW I OWE CAPITEC BUT WE AGREED THAT I WILL PAY ON THE FIRST OF EVERY DAMN MONTH.

I AM DISGUSTED.
