Debit order not reversed

Terrible service. Awful processes. I disputed a debit order on my personal account which went off my account on the 2nd June 2025 for RCS sanlam. I did a Payment prior to this debit order gojng off, this why I requested the debit order to be reversed. I did so via the branch and though the debit order reversal would be immediate, it's been 2 weeks now and nothing. When a debit order is reversed it should reflect immediately why has capitec not reversed this is pathetic and please don't ask me. To go in again to a branch
