Debit order not reflected on the agreed debit date!

I'm having a problem and went to my branch to try and solve it however going to the branch is really a waist of time and no explanations are given. The consultant only told me what I already know.

I have a debit order with various institutions to go off on my pay day which is the 22 of each month.

However since end November or so each month I'm having a problem with only one. My Nedbank credit card deduction.

On the 22nd on my Nedbank credit card statement it shows that APO payment was received from Capitec. BUT on my Capitec statement this deduction does not show.

Why is this?

So it happened last month that on the 23rd I checked my Nedbank app to see if my credit card was paid and it showed APO payment received 22nd thank you.

So I was thinking it is paid and I commenced paying for other necessities using my Capitec savings account and the funds left in it on the 23rd.

A day or so later Nedbank informed me the debit order returned unpaid - insufficient funds!

So, why when there are sufficient funds always on the 22nd, the debit order is not reflected on my Capitec statement like ally other Debi orders actually does?

Even my Nedbank vehicle finance Debi order was indicated spot on every month on the 22nd. Only not the credit card payment.

Why does my Nedbank account reflect Payment received from Capitec on the 22nd but the amount taken by Debit order only shows on my Capitec savings account 2 to 3 days after?

I'm trying to fix this and your branch consultant only said I must not worry it will reflect by the 24th.

I don't want it to. I want it to reflect the day the money is paid to Nedbank.

I went to Nedbank and they said this wasn't their problem and I must take it up with Capitec. Capitec consultant again say I must talk to Nedbank as the problem is with them.

I don't believe that because immediately once the money is paid to Nedbank it must reflect on my Capitec statement? Isn't it?

I need this to be solved as it is very annoying and inconvenient.

Of there is a debit order agreed for a specific date the payment must be made for that day. Not one or two days later.

Why, if Nedbank vehicle finance, Capitec loans, Capitec credit card, Edgar's, Game, Standard Bank, Absa life etc etc, debit orders are paid (a on the 22nd, it immediately shows on my Capitec statement AND on my push notification but not Nedbank credit card?

How can this be fixed please!

I cannot wait for two to three days for the payment to show up on my Capitec statement before I can pay for my other commitments.

Can you fix this problem ASAP or not?
