Debit Order Going Through 4 days before due date

Please can someone from Capitec Bank contact me to explain why my debit order is going off on the 22nd of each month??<br> I specified that my debit order should go off on the 26th of each month as this would be my pay date...the debit order going off 4 days before my pay day is being rejected and causing me bank charges and making my bank account look really bad due to it bouncing back.<br> This is unacceptable and I would appreciate it if the debit order can please be taken off at the agreed date. I will take this matter to the National Credit Regulator should this not be resolved immediately.
