Debit order drama

Their credit department is utterly disappointing. I have a loan with them, that used to be debited om the 25th of each month as this was my salary date.

I started a new job and my salary date moved. I called Capitec and asked them to please move my debit order date. The lady said its not possible to adjust the debit date, but since its only 3 days later, it will fall in the grace period.

Well, clearly not. I am getting notifications and messages about bounced debit orders, which is a horrible feeling.

Pathetic.
