debit order delays

I recently changed my bank to capitec and they informed me that they will switch all my debit orders to them .and after 3 months i noticed that theres anada debit order that they did not switch ,my educon account .then i wentback to the bank to activate it .now its 6 months still not debiting .<br> What are the chances of sueing the bank for puting me in arrears and under lot of stress because of this debitorder and without informing me about this account.
