Debit Order Deducted Four Times in one month

At the end of November 2017 there was a delay with the payment of my salary. Capitec then phoned me (I assume the Collections Department) to make an arrangement. This confused me as the loan is the first deduction that comes off whenever my salary comes in-always. My salary was then paid in and the loan amount deducted twice. I went into a branch on 29 November and the amount was repaid. The next morning on the 30th the amount deducted again (the third time). I went into a branch for the second time on the 30th November and the amount was reversed. On the morning of 01 December 2017 the amount was deducted for a FOURTH TIME!! I keep a little more than enough money in this account for debit orders, and now due to the actions of Capitec my debit order will most probably not go off, doing damage to my credit record. APOLOGIES FOR THE INCONVENIENCE IS NOT ENOUGH!!

And I will NOT be going into a branch for a third time!

DO NOT take credit from Capitec! It appears to me that this Collections Department does whatever they want when loans are owed to them!
