Debit order date- No assistance from them

Earlier this year, I app**** for a loan for car financing, I also took out a credit card. On the day, I asked them to make debit order on a specific date 27th and not 25th. Despite this the credit card stop order is on 25th of each month. This month on the 24th and 25th. this means I pay bank charges every month because my salary is not paid by 25th. I have called, been to bank twice, whatsapp, taken a letter from my employer, emailed the letter and still no one can assist me. I am paying bank fees like crazy, while they threaten me with bad credit record.
