debit order date irritation!!

Capitec has this nasty habit of processing debit orders on incorrect dates, dates that fall before my salary date! I app**** for a loan a year ago, and stated that my salary date is the last day of the month thus capitec should debit account on the last working day of the month (30th of 31st) with my debit order installement of R1318. Since then my debit orders have gone off every month on inconsistent dates, some as early as the 21st of the month!!! I recieved a courtesy call from Bongi at Capitec last week and she asked me if I was happy with the service i get from capitec. I rep**** no and explained my irritation to her regarding he debit order dates. She told me she could change the date back to the 31st, the date is should have been in the first place. Needless to say, my debit order went of on the wrong date again (26th) an amount of R1318, and then this morning (31st) they took an aditional R107 off my account. When querying this with their collections departement i was told that becasue my debit order date was changed to the 31st (A DATE I REQUESTED INITIALLY WHEN APPLYING FOR MY LOAN) I will now be paying R107 EXTRA EVERY MONTH on my loan. HOW DOES THIS EVEN MAKE SENSE!? I have about 24 months left on my loan, meaning that for the next 24 months, @ R107 per month i will pay a total of R2568 EXTRA just because of a debit order date change?!?!??! FIX THIS MISTAKE CAPITEC!!
