Debit order date ****ed up

This debit order date is really not working. Yall be taking my money before my salary is paid in then I have to always call you and wait for Yall to transfer it back which buy the way you charge me for your mistakes all the time. What's the point of signing a debit order authority form if Yall are just gonna disregard it just like that. I didn't give Yall permission to debit me in the 21 or 22 of each month but Yall do it any.
