Debit order date changed to a date BEFORE my salary is paid.

Due to my salary having been paid in early 3 times, due to weekends and a birthday, my debit order date has been changed to a date BEFORE my actual salary pay date. I have tried to have it changed back to what it was before, by going to the branch, and by email, and by calling head office, but to no avail. I have been told that they can only change it back to a date after the 25th when my salary next comes in on the 25th and the debit orders bounce. This is *********! My credit score is going to be damaged because I only get paid on the 25th and you've set the debit orders to go off on the 23rd! Not only is my credit score going to be flagged now, but I'm also going to be charged a fee for the debit orders bouncing. How can you tell me you can only sort it out after the damage is done?! I even got a letter from my employers stating the exact salary date to have you change the debit order date BACK TO a date after the 25th, like it was last month and every month before that?!! But you cannot help me until it actually bounces! Unimpressed.
