Debit Order Date Change Issue

I have been with Capitec for many years and overall had a good experience. However the last couple of months trying to change a debit order date for my loan is a nightmare.

I only get paid the last day of the month and each and every month Capitec tries to debit on the 26th. Each month I get notifications that my loan is in arrears and my facility is not available. Each month when they call to enquire why the debit order is not being honored I ask them to change debit order date to the end of the month. This is never done.

My issue is when I went onto do a credit check I have dropped two points because of this. I have had the loan facility for several years and never defaulted. The lack of Capitec change my debit order date is no effecting my credit rating.

Please can someone assist in getting this sorted.
