Debit order date change issue

I'm so sick of having my debit orders bounce because Capitec can't change my debit order date. I get paid anywhere between the 25th and end of the month and Capitec always takes the debit order "when I get paid". Every time I request a change in debit order date they tell me they can't do anything about it and then I get messages about being in arrears. Wow, what stellar service 🙄
