Debit order date change

Good day,<br> <br> I went into the branch in Silver Lakes to change my debit order date 2 months ago. I was promised that it wont go off before the due date.<br> <br> This morning my debit order went of early and bounced. This is messing up my ITC record.<br> <br> If this is not fixed today, I will go to the Banking Ombudsman and Newspaper. You will also fix my record on ITC, I will take further action if this is not fixed, because I will now have to suffer because of your incompetence. An apology will not suffice.<br> <br> You will change my debit order date today!<br> <br> Regards,
