Debit Order date

I have had a Capitec credit card since 2019 & for the first time this month I received an sms saying that my account will be debited on the 22nd of the month. My pay date is the 25th & when I took out the credit card at the bank, I had my payslip & advised the lady.

I called Capitec to ask why this is happening & the consultant on the phone said there was nothing she could do to change the date. I called again & another consultant told me that I need to get a letter from my employer stating that my pay date is on the 25th.

Why should I have to do now all of a sudden do that, after having this card for over a year & my payslip is on your records.

I need this matter sorted out or I will have to take further steps.
