Debit Order Date
I wanted to change my debit order date to 25/26 of every months they lady by the name of Sindiswa told me i have to go to the branch that i took loan from to rectify it. I would like to know call center and branch they don't use same system? Luckly when they debit on the 24th i also have cash on my account what if they there is no cash? Im so ****ed i have to drive from Protea Glen to Bramly for just fixing a date this is not professional or convenient at all.
