Debit Order Date

I have a loan with Capitec and my payday is only on the 25th of every month. I do not understand why Capitec takes money before the agreed date. When i signed my loan contract i specifically told them i get paid on the 25th. Today Capitec debited my account and took money that is not mine. i had to use my last airtime to call my bank for a reversal and also call Capitec to fix the date.

On top of that my bank is charging me a fee for the reversal. I don't have a problem with the charge but If Capitec did not debit on the wrong date, i wouldn't have had to incur unnecessary cost as well as lose my airtime.

To make matters worse, when i asked for someone to call me back and resolve the matter cause my airtime was running out i was asked to do a walk-in. I will do no such.

Please pay back my R40 and send me back my airtime.
