Debit order can't be reversed

I am not happy it's a first in my whole that the bank can't reverse a debit order and stop a debit order meaning everyone can come into my account amd take my money as they with i have called capitec asking them to assist me with an unauthorized debit order they told me the debit order is authorized and it's an un reversed debit they give the contact details of the company who debited my account i called but no answer am sure i wasn't the first person calling capitec bank with this company they give them my money now am forced to closed this capitec account and bank with other bank this company will keep on taking my money.How can i continue banking with capitec while my money is not safe with,Capitec you are going to loose customers with customers security should be your first priority please reverse my money and stop this debit order
