Debit order cannot be disputed

got a debit order off R299 this morning , but i did not authorize it. and tried disputing it on my app. but it says debit order cannot be disputed or stopped.

i do not know any company that i owe R299 from .so it means anyone can enter our accounts and debit as they wish. This is a useless app and useless Bank ever, from next month i am taking my salary somewhere else
