Debit Order
Capitec was supposed to debit my account on the 20th like it has always being doing now they sending me smses to say my loan payment was missed ,andnim in arrears when they are the ones who never debited my account, and there is no stop order on that debit.With my own money now i have called their customer care line i was told i need to follow up with collections IF they do not debit by Monday .So i must follow up now when someone did not do wjat they were supposed to do at Capitec
