debit order

a company called reblake deducts monwy from my bank account as debit order.got a debicheck message and i did not accept it by they deducted end of May nd locked it for me not to reverse it.Today they deducted again and idind get any debi check message but the bank says i accepted the first one nd i did not cause i am so cautious pressing accept button for something that i dont know.Want them to stop the deductions until i press the accept button feel like i am being taken for a ride.
