Debit order

I went with my 18 year son to capitec as there was a debit from his account that he does not know.It was my son's second visit to the bank as there was a second debit on his account.On his visit he was told that they cannot reverse the funds and they cannot stop the debit order.On the second visit as I said I accompanied him,the bank staff did not allow me to go inside with him as they said they can only talk to the account holder an capitec does not allow a client to be accompanied by spouse or any family member.Well my son did go inside alone and he came back with the same story,funds cant be reversed,debit order cant be stoped.Thus this means this debit will continue forever?Please advise.
