DEBIT ORDER

I have a debit order of R175 when i went to capitec bank they said there is nothing they can do to stop this The only thing I can do Is open another account and stop using the savings account like really? Is that the best they can do? Today someone sent me money and the stupid SS_Legal deducted the R175 . Capitec is really not paying attention to the customer's needs poor service and is so unpleasant. They said they cant even reverse the money .
