DEBIT ORDER

<p>I made a loan at Capitec Bank Glenfair Branch in PTA in February 2016. I specifically told the person who was processing my loan that I get paid on the 26 of each month and that the debit order should be on that specific date. But to my surprise I saw debit orders go on my account on the 26 of each month resulting in arears on my account of R28.00. I called in March to notify them about this, but it was not corrected and I also sent email (Incident ********** 9) and upto date there has been no correction of this. Every month I incur interest costs on R28.00 for the past 4 months. </p> <p> </p>
